The Los Angeles Ballet, or LAB, is thrilled to present this year’s production of Clara’s Dream Adventure Begins. LAB will be performing at the Dolby Theater and Royce Hall throughout December. Come out to enjoy an amazing performance of the Nutcracker and support the Los Angeles Ballet!
The Los Angeles Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow
The Los Angeles Zoo is staying open past its normal hours throughout November, December and January to hold a light festival featuring sculptures of animals, flowers, trees and more. Come enjoy this festivity with friends and family and get in the holiday spirit! This year’s theme is “Animals Aglow,” which aims to celebrate all of the zoo’s unique animals.
Disneyland during the holiday season
The next holiday event on our list is Disneyland! The happiest place on Earth. What could be better than spending the holidays with those you love and admiring all the holiday celebrations? The park transforms into a holiday-themed amusement park with events, music and yummy food! If you want to enjoy a stress-free holiday adventure, Disneyland during the holidays is the place for you.
Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration
The Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration is another fun holiday event right in the heart of Los Angeles. The LA County Holiday Celebration includes choirs, music ensembles and dance troupes from all over the city. It is a great way to spend time with friends and family while enjoying great music and performances. If you love sitting back and watching amazing performances like I do, this is a great holiday event for you! Come out to the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion on Dec. 24 at 3 p.m. if you are looking for a fun and relaxing holiday event!
Ice Skating at Pershing Square
Last on our list of fun holiday events is ice skating at Pershing Square. Are you interested in a fun activity to spend time with family and friends? Ice skating is a great option! Glide around on the ice while admiring the famous LA skyscrapers. As a bonus, skate rentals are included in admission, so there’s no need to worry about providing your own skates. Ice skating is a great way to indulge in the holiday spirit and take advantage of the few months of cold weather we experience in LA! The rink is open till Jan. 7, so make sure to stop by!
