After a stellar kickstart to the weekend from rock sensation Stevie Nicks, the fun continued into day two as music lovers returned for yet another day of jam-packed performances. Not only were Saturday’s sets some of the biggest names in music, but they also consisted of bands and artists across generations, drawing in attendees of all ages.
Starting off the day with her midday set was Holly Humberstone, an indie pop star known for her hit song “Paint My Bedroom Black.” After she delivered a vocal performance that surpassed expectations, fans mingled around the festival and partook in events and promotions from many of the festival’s contributing vendors. From exclusive and delicious food items, to thrilling guest stars including basketball legend Stephen Curry and Oscar-nominated actor Bradley Cooper on the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage, there was plenty for the masses to enjoy throughout the day.
As the evening drew nearer, the crowd grew at the JaM Cellars Stage as all in attendance anticipated the sure-to-be fantastic performance from rock band Pearl Jam. Entire families gathered, some ushered near the very front of the stage, others lounged on their blankets, eagerly awaiting the nearly two-hour listed set time for the night’s headliner. And sure enough, the moment the members of Pearl Jam stepped on stage, the crowd erupted in a massive roar as the biggest act of the night kicked off. Not a single person in sight failed to sing along and smile as Pearl Jam absolutely commanded the stage, closing out night two of BottleRock in their eclectic rock ‘n’ roll fashion.
