With so many new spots opening in Brentwood, this once-quiet area is quickly becoming one of Los Angeles’ most exciting dining destinations. From quick bites to sit-down experiences, there’s something for everyone, making Brentwood worth a visit on your next lunch run or weekend activity.

1. Ggiata Delicatessen

Known for its iconic Caesar salad wrap, Ggiata is perfect whether you’re in the mood for a quick on-the-go meal or a comforting sandwich. Their wide range of options shows a commitment to flavor and quality that never disappoints. The arancini is a must-try: golden fried risotto balls with a cheesy, melty center served alongside marinara. Don’t skip dessert either — their pastries end any meal on a sweet note.

Loved for its fun drinks and uplifting atmosphere, La La Land Kind Cafe is bringing kindness and caffeine to Brentwood. Whether it’s a hot day or a cool evening, their drinks fit the mood perfectly. It also doubles as a great spot to work if you need a break from Westwood. Feeling hungry? Try their signature avocado toast.

For The Win is bringing its signature smash burgers to Brentwood. Each bite combines a crisp patty, caramelized onions, melted cheese and golden buns. With several locations already across LA, it’s now easier to enjoy one of the city’s most comforting burgers. Pair it with fries and their special sauce for the perfect reward after a long day of studying.

5. Community Goods

The Justin and Hailey Bieber-approved cafe everyone’s been waiting for is finally opening in Brentwood. Community Goods is known for its clean aesthetic and simple-but-flavorful menu. From matcha and coffee to breakfast sliders, everything feels effortlessly fresh. Expect long lines, but for a classic LA experience, it’s worth the wait.

Go Greek is the perfect stop for a sweet yet healthy treat. Their authentic Greek yogurt and froyo come in a variety of classic and seasonal flavors, made with high-quality ingredients. The self-serve setup makes it easy to customize your dessert, with a wide range of toppings from their smooth peanut butter to the various fruit options. Not only do they have desserts, but their smoothies are a refreshing pick-me-up drink.

Terroni brings Italian comfort to Brentwood with its flavorful pasta, pizza and cozy atmosphere. Already loved across the city, this new location is ideal for a nice dinner out or a meal that’s sure to impress. Not only are their appetizers and mains vibrant and flavorful, but their desserts will ensure that this meal is a memorable one. A popular dessert item is their tiramisu. Creamy with a balance of the bitter coffee taste and sweetness of the cream, it’s a light yet perfect way to end a meal.

8. Layla Bagels

Opening their third branch in LA, Layla Bagels delivers art on a plate. Fresh and vibrant ingredients are topped on a crisp and chewy sourdough bagel. Their menu features a blend of classic bagel toppings with a fun twist and seasonal exclusive menu items. You can get their bagels open face (that artsy display), closed face or even with schmears on the side.

As a side note, both their branches have long lines if you go later in the day due to their popularity — once open, try going earlier in the day to avoid waiting in a long line.
